Linguine and Clams Recipe | PBS Food

    Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 can white clam sauce
  • 3 cans minced clams
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Sauté the garlic in olive oil until tender.
  • Combine all ingredients and simmer for half an hour.
  • Add parsley and black pepper and serve.
